





Western Cleaver 7” — Redwood Burl & Copper

The Western Cleaver design is meant to allow traditional cleaving as well as extra slicing and piercing options that square tipped cleavers don’t provide.
The blade profile ground in a rounded sabre. This gives the durability and cutting consistency of the sabre grind while rounding off the hard edges at the second bevel allowing for easier slicing.

Blade: 5/32” thick. 7” long. 0-1 carbon steel. High, rounded sabre grind.

Handle: Stabilized redwood burl. Solid copper pins and lanyard tube. 4.25” long.
- Sheath: ( *Optional*Vegetable-tanned, 7-8oz leather. Hand stitched with waxed linen thread. Solid-brass snap closure.
This package includes a 1/2 oz bottle of blade oil, and a 1/2 oz tin of our leather conditioner (with sheath purchase).
