Prometheus Hunter — (stainless) Spalted Maple & Copper
The Prometheus Hunter is designed to be an ergonomic beast of a hunting knife. Perhaps a bit larger than you need for game, but large enough to be a bit more versatile for use at camp: This knife works well in field dressing and skinning, but also crosses over to camp kitchen tasks well.
The extra contoured handle gives way to a clean blade profile ground in a high rounded sabre. This gives the durability and cutting consistency of the sabre grind while rounding off the hard edges at the second bevel allowing for easier slicing.
The blade has a nice belly for smooth slicing, and is tall enough to fully choke up on the blade for more control with delicate and precise cuts.
