Western Kitchen Utility Knife — Buckeye Burl & Brass
This knife is great for the home chef. Rarely do you need more blade when cooking for one or two people. This style is also great for any sized hands.
The blade profile ground in a high rounded sabre. This gives the durability and cutting consistency of the sabre grind while rounding off the hard edges at the second bevel allowing for easier slicing.
Blade: 3/32” thick. 5 1/2” long. 0-1 carbon steel. High, rounded sabre grind.
Handle: Stabilized buckeye burl. Solid brass pins and lanyard tube. 4.25” long.
- Sheath: (OPTIONAL) Vegitable-tanned, 7-8oz leather. Hand stitched with waxed linen thread. Solid brass snap closure.
This package includes a handmade canvas bag with leather lacing closure, a 1/2 oz bottle of blade oil, and a 1/2 oz tin of our leather conditioner (with sheath purchase).
