This knife is extremely ergonomic for long days in the woods. There is a generous portion of blade that is completely straight for draw knife like tasks, as well as a stout profile to the tip of the blade for extra durability.
0-1 High Carbon steel blade. Full Tang. Double-bevel, flat grind.
90 degree blade spine for scraping and striking a fire rod.
Dyed and Stabilized buckeye burl handle finished in Danish Oil.
Brass pins and lanyard hole.
9 inches Overall length. 4.5 inch blade
Handmade cow belly leather sheath, dyed with Eco-flow water based dyes.
Dangler style double-solid brass snap loop and solid brass D-ring.
This dangler style sheath sits well below the belt line which allows one to comfortably wear the knife while wearing a backpack with a hip belt.
The sheath also keeps the knife in an easier place to reach, for some that is very important in terms of mobility. The dangler attachment can be removed so the sheath can be mounted on a belt in a typical way.
Email us or search the web for more information on this style of sheath.
